The HC-7 is compatible with many popular heapdhones in the hobby including the Audioquest Nighthawk, Sendy Aiva, Sivga Phoenix, Blon B20, Monolith M570, older Hifiman HE4XX headphones (If you have a newer pair of HE4XX you may need our HC-9 cable instead. Double check your connector size!) as well as the monoprice M1060s, among other cans. The cable features dual 2 pole TS connectors and terminates to a female 4-pin mini XLR. This is a balanced cable, compatible with our entire interconnect line.
We have two styles available for our headphone cables. Our standard 4.5 ft full length cable, which terminates to our standard female 4-pin mini-XLR. And alternatively we offer an 18" split only version, which can be paired with a 3 ft version of any of our six main interconnect styles.
If you want to pair your headphone cable with our multi-kit, it's best to choose the standard 4.5 ft version, OR add an IC-7 Interconnect extension to your order if you want the split only headphone cable with a multi-kit.
As usual if you'd like a different color, length, or a specific termination, visit our Custom Shop.
We get a lot of emails mentioning that their stock cable for whatever headphone they're buying for comes with TRS (Stereo) connectors, while our listing has TS (mono) connectors. Unless you have headphones with "reversible" cables like the Audeze LCD-1, Monolith M560, or the new Rasson Rados, your headphone will be fully compatible with our cable with dual mono connectors. This is the case for Sony, Hifiman, Beyerdynamic, 1more, Focal, Klipsch HP-3 etc.
