SHIPPING POLICIES


For domestic orders, we most often ship via USPS. We are able to ship internationally to most countries, and international customers will be able to select from the available shipping services / rates at checkout. Please note that your country may have additional customs and/or brokerage fees, which are not included in our shipping rate.

Customers outside of North America

Please include a phone number as well as a good email that you monitor / use in the event that the delivery service needs to contact you to complete delivery.

We offer various shipping services / rates for customers outside of North America. Recently we've reimplemented USPS First Class International as a shipment option. While it is nice to have a less expensive option, in our experience, it is the most unreliable shipping service for customers internationally. If you choose USPS First Class International as the shipping service on your order, please be aware of the following:

  • Once the package leaves our office, we are in the same boat as you as far as the levers we can pull / ability we have to track down your package. What that means is there is pretty much nothing we can do to help that package get to you once it's out of our hands.
  • Please be aware that sometimes shipments with USPS' First class International service can take over 3 weeks, sometimes months to get to a customer.
  • Choose USPS First Class International at your own risk. We will not remake / refund orders that are lost or have excessively delayed delivery times due to USPS losing / misplacing your package.
  • To avoid potential issues with any international shipments, make sure you format the delivery address as cleanly / correctly as you can, and include plenty of contact information for the shipping service to contact you should they need to in order to complete delivery. That means it's recommended to include your PHONE NUMBER, as well as a GOOD EMAIL that you monitor / respond to.
