Sennheiser Momentum 4 info, Wiring, Replacement & Custom Cables

TL;DR Any of our cables from this product collection (HC-17s) are fully compatible with the Sennheiser Momentum 4 headphones!

Sennheiser's Momentum 4 is a single entry headphone, taking a 2.5mm TRS connector on the right earcup. 

WIRING / PINOUT

The 2.5mm connector going to the headphone uses a standard stereo TRS pinout, making a replacement cable easier to find / make happen. See the diagram below:

BALANCED?

The Momentum 4 headphones are wired internally such that they are unbalanced, so you should not try to modify or adapt a cable for these headphones to plug into a balanced output connection.

What cables should I get?

As far as our products at Hart Audio go, you can use any of our "HC-17" cable models with these headphones. Just choose the appropriate interconnects or terminations for the source / output connections you'll be plugging into. Custom HC-17 | This cable is a customizable version of the HC-17. You can select length, termination and color for the cable.

Custom Twisted Braid HC-17 | This cable is a customizable, Twisted braid version of the HC-17. You can modify length, termination and color(s) for the cable.

Custom Braided HC-17 | This is a customizable, braided version of our HC-17. Length, Termination, and Color(s) can be chosen.
