Custom Order Form

Please provide as much clear information as you can in the box below. Here is a list of what to include to make the process quicker / easier:

• Do you want to use our modular system, or have the cable(s) terminated directly to something specific?
• List what headphones / devices the cables are for.
• What lengths would you like? (ft / inches if you want to be an all-star!)
• What colors would you like? For cables in our standard assembly and thick braided assembly style, use this color catalog. If you’re wanting a cable in our normal braided assembly style, use only colors from this link.

Our lead time for custom orders varies, but tends to be about 1-2 weeks after the order is finalized. If you wish to include stock (non-custom) items with your quote, you can do so, but your stock items will not ship until the custom items are also ready.

After you’ve submitted your request, be on the lookout for an email from us within 24 hours. You should receive an automated email from our site with a quote / invoice, as well as any follow-up comments or questions we may have. Check your spam folder if you don’t see this email form us!
