This is a ticket / placeholder for an order through our custom shop! Feel free to use this item if you are looking for something more unusual, or if you need a cable that is not listed on our custom shop pages. Once you complete the purchase, someone will be in touch within 24 hours to start the process, so be sure to include your email address when you checkout. If you do not include an email address, we will not be able to continue with your quote.
As much clear information as you can provide in the box, the better! Here is a list of what to include to make the process quicker / easier:
- If you are located in the US, or outside (if outside, include country and postal code)
- Do you want to use our modular system, or have your cable terminated to something specific?
- What headphones / devices are you buying for?
- What lengths would you like?
- What colors would you like?
A couple more things to note:
- Our lead time for custom orders varies, but tends to be about 1-3 weeks after the order is finalized. If you wish to include stock (non-custom) items with your quote, you can do so, but your stock items will not ship until the custom items are also ready.
- After you've submitted your quote request, be on the lookout for a couple of emails from us within 24 hours (usually much shorter). You should receive an automated email from our site with the quote, as well as a personalized email with important info about lead times, shipping, etc, as well as any follow up questions that we may have. Check your spam folder if you don't see this email from us!
- Please only add one "quote" to your cart. You can request multiple items on the same quote.
- By "purchasing" this custom quote, you are not obligated to follow through with the purchase, but we do ask that you only use this system if you are serious about potentially purchasing. Feel free to email with any questions you may have!
